Parimatch Withdrawal Option Disabled

I have an account with Parimatch and I am facing a problem with the withdrawal option for bank transfer. On 3 April, I noticed that the withdrawal option was not available, even though I have a balance of 3010 in my account and I want to withdraw this amount to my bank account in India. Because the option is missing, I am currently unable to access my funds. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but they did not answer properly and I still have no clear information about why the withdrawal option is disabled or when it will be available again. I kindly request that my withdrawal option for bank transfer be activated as soon as possible so that I can withdraw the full amount of 3010 to my bank account, and that I receive a clear explanation if there is any restriction on my account.
