Parimatch Withdrawal Fails with Server Error During ₹9,000 UPI Request


I have been experiencing an issue with Parimatch for the past two days regarding a withdrawal that I am unable to complete. I am trying to withdraw ₹9,000 via UPI, but every time I attempt the withdrawal, the system displays an error stating that the server is facing problems, and the transaction does not go through.
During this time, I have tried to contact Parimatch customer support, but I am only redirected to a bot when I use the help section, and I cannot connect with a real support agent. Because of this, I have no clear information about what is causing the issue or when it will be resolved.
I request that my ₹9,000 withdrawal via UPI be processed as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear information about the status of my account and the reason for these technical issues. I also expect access to a real support agent if the problem continues, so that it can be resolved quickly and transparently.
