Parimatch Withdraw Declined & Account Blocked

I am writing regarding the blocking of my Parimatch account and a declined withdrawal. My Parimatch account ID is 904269852. On 18 October 2026, my withdrawal request of ₹50,000 was declined and the amount was credited back to my Parimatch wallet. After this, my account was blocked and the withdrawal option disappeared. As of 23 October 2026, the issue is still not resolved and I cannot access my funds. In total, I deposited ₹70,500 from my bank account and then won approximately ₹7,000. I did not report any fraud, dispute or unauthorized transaction on my account. Despite this, my account was blocked without a clear explanation, and the responses I have received so far have not been sufficient or helpful. I am willing to fully cooperate with any verification process you require. I kindly request that you clearly explain the reason for blocking my account, inform me about the current verification status, and provide a clear procedure and timeline for withdrawing my remaining eligible balance. I ask you to review my case urgently and restore my access or process the withdrawal of my funds as soon as possible.
