Parimatch UPI Deposit Completed but Balance Not Credited

I am writing regarding a problem with my Parimatch account in the name of Pratik R***. On 11 May at around 12:00 AM, I made a deposit of ₹1000 via UPI. At first the payment went into processing and later it was completed on the payment side, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance and is still not showing in my account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this missing deposit, but I did not receive any response from them. Since the payment has been successfully completed from my side and I do not have the deposited amount in my Parimatch account, I am facing a clear loss. I kindly request that this issue be checked urgently and that my ₹1000 be refunded back to my UPI, as I have not received the balance in my Parimatch account despite successful payment.
