Parimatch Deposit and Compensation Issue

I made a deposit of ₹1000 to my Parimatch account via UPI on 04/04/2026, but the money has still not been credited to my gaming ID. The amount was successfully debited from my UPI, yet my Parimatch balance has not been updated. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but they were unhelpful and my problem remains unresolved. There has been no clear explanation or solution provided, even though the payment was completed on my side. I request that the missing ₹1000 deposit be immediately credited to my gaming ID without any further delay, or that Parimatch at least urgently investigates and resolves this issue so I do not suffer any financial loss.
