I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with a withdrawal from my Parimatch account in India. On April 11, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹36,000. Parimatch later claimed that I had entered the wrong account number, stating that I used an “8” instead of a “7.” While the transaction was still showing as processing, I immediately raised a complaint to correct this error, but I was later informed that the withdrawal had already been completed.
To verify the situation, I contacted my bank directly, and they confirmed that no such account number even exists. This means the funds should not have been successfully credited anywhere. Despite this, my Parimatch balance has been debited, and I have not received the ₹36,000.
I have already created a support ticket with Parimatch under ticket number 91196516, but I have not received any response or resolution from customer support. This lack of communication is extremely concerning, especially given the amount involved and the fact that the transfer could not have been completed to a valid account.
I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this transaction. Since the bank has confirmed that the account number does not exist, I ask that the failed withdrawal be reversed or recovered and that the full amount of ₹36,000 be credited back to my Parimatch account (player ID 728715121) as soon as possible.
