Parimatch Paytm Refund Delay - Deposit Not Received After Two Weeks

I made two deposits to Parimatch via Paytm, the first for 10,000 INR and the second for 5,000 INR on 05/03/2026. According to Parimatch, refunds should be processed within 7 business days, but it has now been around two weeks and I still have not received my money back. I contacted Parimatch customer service several times and each time they only told me that they are trying their best and that my money is safe, but there has been no real update or concrete result. I am in a difficult situation because I need this money to pay my EMI bills, and the continued delay without any clear information is causing me financial stress. I request that the total amount of 15,000 INR be refunded to my Paytm account without any further delay and that I receive a clear confirmation of when the refund is processed. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
