Parimatch Not Letting Me Withdraw Money — Bank Transfer Option Not Working

141

I have an account on the Parimatch online betting site, and I am unable to withdraw my money because the bank transfer option is showing as “temporarily unavailable.” Today I tried to withdraw 8,000 to my PhonePe-linked bank account, but I could not complete the withdrawal because the only method available to me is bank transfer and it is not working. In my Parimatch account there is no clear status such as successful, pending, or failed for this withdrawal, and it only shows that the bank transfer option is temporarily unavailable. I also do not have any email address, phone number, or proper support channel from Parimatch to contact, so I am stuck with my funds and cannot access my own money. I request that Parimatch urgently resolve this issue, enable a working withdrawal option, and allow me to withdraw my 8,000 without further delay, or provide a clear and quick solution so that my balance is safely credited to my account.
