Parimatch Fails to Credit UPI Deposit to Casino Account
I am writing to report an issue with a deposit I made to my Parimatch casino blackjack account. I attempted to deposit ₹10,000 via UPI, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account and is still showing as “processing.”
After noticing that the funds had not been added to my balance, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They only informed me that the deposit is still processing, but the status has not changed and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that my ₹10,000 UPI deposit either be credited to my Parimatch casino blackjack account without further delay or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask that this issue be investigated and that I receive a clear update on why the deposit is stuck in processing.
