Parimatch Fails to Credit Deposits After Debiting Customer Bank Accounts

Over the last two days I made three separate deposit attempts of 3,000, 2,500 and 2,000 units from my savings account to my Parimatch betting account. In all three attempts the money was debited from my savings account, but the deposit was not credited to my Parimatch balance and the transactions show as failed in the history. Despite this, the total amounts are still missing from my savings account and my Parimatch account balance has not increased. This situation has repeated three times in a row and has not been solved. I request that the total deposited amounts be immediately credited to my Parimatch betting account or that Parimatch and/or the bank urgently investigate and resolve this issue and inform me clearly about the result.
