Parimatch Failed to Credit or Refund My ₹25,000 in Deposits
I am writing regarding two failed deposit transactions on my Parimatch account, which were debited from my bank account but neither credited to my gaming balance nor refunded. The first failed deposit was for 10,000 INR on 31/05/2026 at 22:33, made via UPI using PhonePe from India, with UTR number 498140888982. The second failed deposit was for 15,000 INR on 06/06/2026 at 15:23, also via UPI using PhonePe, with UTR number 961046586203. Both amounts were successfully debited from my bank, yet they have not appeared in my Parimatch account and no refund has been processed back to my bank. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this problem and was informed that they are “working on it,” but despite waiting there has been no concrete resolution, no clear explanation, and no update on the status of these transactions. The total amount of 25,000 INR remains stuck, which is causing me serious inconvenience and concern. I request that Parimatch urgently resolve this issue by either processing a full refund of both failed deposits back to my bank account or crediting the same total amount to my Parimatch gaming account without any further delay. I also expect a clear confirmation and transaction details once the issue is resolved.
