Parimatch Deposit Not Credited: Payment Missing

I have a serious problem with my deposit on the Parimatch platform. I made a payment of 1,000 rupees, and as shown in the attached transaction receipt, the payment to Suresh K*** was completed successfully and the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance and I cannot use it on the site. After noticing the issue, I checked my payment history and confirmed that the transaction was successful on the payment side. However, my Parimatch account still does not show this deposit, and I have not received any clear explanation about where my money went. I request that my account and this specific deposit transaction be checked urgently, that the missing 1,000 rupees be added to my Parimatch balance or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the result.
