I have a Parimatch account registered in India, and on January 23, 2026, I made a deposit of $301 from my ICICI Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The payment was made under Transaction ID T2601231936161684309281 and UTR 929725269406.
I contacted Parimatch support and was informed that my case had been forwarded to the Billing Team and that they are coordinating with the payment provider to determine the reason for the delay. I was also told that my case is being treated as a priority and that I would be informed as soon as there is an update. However, despite this response, my $301 deposit is still missing and the issue has not been resolved.
I request that my $301 deposit be credited to my Parimatch account immediately without any further delay, or that Parimatch resolve the issue with the payment provider as soon as possible so that I do not suffer financial loss due to this failed deposit.
