Parimatch Deposit Amount Blocked

I am writing regarding an issue I faced with my Parimatch account on 17/04/2026. I deposited 500 rupees into my account, and now a total of 500.40 rupees is shown as “part of your funds blocked in casino,” with a message that I have to play casino instead of being able to play cricket. When I try to use my balance for cricket, I receive error messages such as “something went wrong,” and I am unable to place cricket bets. Previously, I had deposited 500 rupees and lost that amount while playing, and at that time I did not experience any blocking or restriction on how I used my funds. The current situation is different because my funds are blocked in the casino section and I cannot use them for the purpose I want, which is cricket betting. My clear request from Parimatch is that you unblock the 500 rupees that are currently blocked in casino and allow me to use this balance to play cricket normally. I also request a clear and detailed explanation of why my funds were blocked in this way so that I can understand the reason and avoid facing this problem again in the future.
