Parimatch Converted My ₹800 Deposit Into an Unwanted Bonus

I am a Parimatch user from India and on 13 May I deposited ₹800 into my account. Instead of being added as a normal balance, this amount was added as a bonus, and my ₹800 was also removed from my real balance. I clearly do not want this bonus and only want my deposited money back. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am very dissatisfied with this situation, as well as with the unclear offers and the lack of proper customer service. I request that my ₹800 deposit be refunded to me, preferably to my original payment method or UPI, and that the unwanted bonus related to this deposit be cancelled.
