Parimatch Complaint Regarding Missing ₹22,400 Withdrawal And Pending Deposits



I am filing this complaint from Arni, Yavatmal District, Maharashtra, India, regarding serious deficiencies and suspected unfair practices by the online betting platform Parimatch in relation to my account. I am registered on Parimatch under Betting ID 398136457. Over the past weeks, multiple deposit transactions were successfully debited from my bank account, but the corresponding amounts were never credited to my Parimatch wallet. For verification purposes, I specifically refer to the following UTR numbers: 802061955649, 415015579729 and 594802855478. All of these transactions were completed and debited at the bank’s end, yet the funds have not appeared in my Parimatch betting wallet to date. In addition to the uncredited deposits, there is a separate and ongoing issue concerning a withdrawal of ₹22,400. This withdrawal has been pending for approximately 35 days. The Parimatch support team has repeatedly informed me that the withdrawal request was cancelled and that the funds were allegedly returned to my gaming wallet. However, the amount of ₹22,400 is not visible either in my betting wallet balance or in my bank account, and I have not received any verifiable proof of this claimed refund. I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times and have requested documentary evidence, including the transaction ID for any wallet credit, the detailed wallet ledger, and clear proof of the alleged refund of ₹22,400. Despite these repeated follow‑ups over a period of about 35 days, I have not been provided with any credible documentation or resolution, and the amount of ₹22,400 remains unpaid and untraced. As of today, the total amount that Parimatch still owes me is ₹22,400. This situation has caused me financial loss, mental stress and a serious lack of trust in the platform’s handling of customer funds and transaction records. The prolonged delay and the absence of transparent documentation raise serious concerns about the platform’s conduct and compliance with applicable financial and consumer protection norms. In light of the above, I respectfully request that the relevant authorities investigate Parimatch’s handling of my deposits and withdrawal, verify the UTR‑referenced transactions, and determine why the amount of ₹22,400 has neither been credited to my betting wallet nor returned to my bank account. I also request that appropriate directions be issued to ensure that the pending amount of ₹22,400 is refunded to me without any further delay and that any violations of law or regulations identified in this matter are dealt with in accordance with applicable legal provisions. I am prepared to provide bank statements, transaction screenshots and any additional information or documentation required to support this complaint and to assist in a thorough investigation of Parimatch’s activities in my case.
