Parimatch Bonus Balance Can't Be Withdrawn

I deposited 2,000 INR via UPI on Parimatch on 01 June 2026 at around 17:55 for the Crazy Time game. This payment was made under UPI reference/transaction ID 615285898906. After the deposit, the amount was credited only as a bonus balance instead of real, withdrawable money. I was aware that the amount would be credited as a bonus, but due to a sudden medical emergency, I now urgently need this 2,000 INR back, and I am unable to withdraw it from my Parimatch account. I have not yet contacted customer support, because my main expectation is a quick and understanding solution considering my situation. I kindly request that my 2,000 INR deposit made on 01 June 2026 be refunded to the same UPI account used for the transaction, as I urgently need this money for medical reasons. I ask you to review my case as an exception and process a refund as soon as possible.
