Parimatch Bet Not Settled After Match – Toss Bet Still Pending
I placed a bet on Parimatch on April 1 for the toss winner in the women’s cricket match between New Zealand Women and South Africa Women, with a stake of 271 INR. The match and toss have already been completed, but my bet is still showing as unsettled, even though three days have passed since the event ended.
When I tried to contact Parimatch support about this issue, the unsettled bet does not appear properly in the support menu options or sections, so I cannot even select this bet correctly when submitting a complaint. Because of this, I am unable to report the issue through the normal support channels, and I have not received any response.
I request that Parimatch immediately review this specific toss bet for the New Zealand Women vs South Africa Women match on April 1, settle it correctly without any further delay, and credit the appropriate amount to my account. I also expect a clear explanation for both the delay in settlement and the issue in the support section where this unsettled bet does not appear as an option.

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today with my Parimatch account, where my deposit has been locked in a bonus balance. I deposited 1500, but this amount is now stuck as a locked-up bonus and I am unable to use or withdraw it as I expected.
I contacted Parimatch customer support about this problem but have not received any response so far. The lack of information and reaction is very frustrating, especially since this is my own deposited money and not just a free promotional amount.
I request that Parimatch immediately unlock and return my 1500 deposit to my available balance, or clearly cancel the bonus conditions that are blocking it, and provide a clear explanation of why this happened. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my funds to be fully accessible again.
