I am using the Parimatch website and I am unable to add my bank account, which prevents me from withdrawing my money. When I try to add my bank details, I receive a message that the process is temporarily blocked and this situation has been continuing for about 48 hours. During this period I tried to reach Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response from them. The lack of communication and the ongoing block are causing me serious concern about the safety and accessibility of my funds. I request that my account be immediately unblocked so that I can add my bank account without any restriction and withdraw all of my money as soon as possible.
