I made a deposit to my Paribet account via Google Pay using UPI about five days ago. The money was successfully debited from my bank account, but in the Paribet app the transaction showed as declined, and the amount has neither been credited to my Paribet account nor returned to my bank account since then. I tried to contact Paribet through the online chat, but the system only allowed me to choose from limited predefined messages, so I could not properly explain my problem. Despite this, the support ticket now shows that the issue has been resolved, even though I have not received any refund and the money is still missing. I request that Paribet urgently investigate this failed deposit and refund the full amount back to my original bank/UPI account used via Google Pay, as the transaction has been debited from my side but I have received no corresponding balance or refund.
