My Money Not Refunded

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a deposit to my Parimatch account. On 23 May at around 4:26 pm, I made a UPI deposit of ₹50,000 via PhonePe from India, using transaction/UTR ID 983973004737. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my Parimatch balance, and after some time the transaction started showing as declined. Following this, I contacted support about the issue. I was informed that the money would be credited back to my account within 3 days. However, despite this assurance, the issue has not been resolved and I am not receiving proper or clear responses. I request that the ₹50,000 deducted via PhonePe for this declined transaction be immediately refunded to my bank account. I also ask for a clear written confirmation of the status of this transaction and when exactly the refund will be completed.
