My Deposits Cancelled but Never Refunded

I made two deposits from my Paytm account to Parimatch, linked with my Fino Bank account, and both payments were first kept pending for a few days and then cancelled, but the money has still not come back to me. The first deposit was cancelled on 19 May and the second on 21 May, and in total 2100 is stuck from these failed transactions. For one of the transactions I have the reference 9631306976-3@ybl and for the other rahu***@ptyes. Although the payments show as cancelled, the amount has not been credited back to my account. I tried to contact Parimatch support, but they are not responding to my questions and I feel I am being cheated because my money is blocked without any proper explanation. Paytm and Fino Bank are also involved in this process because the deposits were made through them, yet I still have no resolution. Due to this situation, I would also like action to be taken against the Parimatch betting app for not responding and for holding my money unfairly. My clear request is that the full amount of 2100 from these cancelled deposits be immediately returned to my account and that the parties involved provide a clear explanation of what went wrong with these transactions, as well as that necessary action be taken against the Parimatch betting app.
