My Deposit Not Reflected
Today I made a bank transfer deposit of ₹2,000 from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account in India to my Parimatch account ID 795502***. The transfer was completed at around 6:52, and the amount has already been debited from my bank account, but it has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance even after about 30 minutes. The transaction reference / UTR number for this transfer is 653669414431. I tried to reach out regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. I am very uncomfortable that my money is stuck and I cannot use it. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹2,000 to my Parimatch account or refunding it back to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account as fast as possible, and that I be informed once the action is completed.
