I made a UPI payment of ₹1000 to Parimatch on 17 December 2025, but the payment failed on the platform while the amount was deducted from my bank account. Since then, Parimatch has been showing the transaction status as “under process” for the last six months, and the money has still not been refunded to me. I contacted my bank/UPI support and they confirmed that the amount of ₹1000 was successfully debited from my account. However, despite this, Parimatch has not completed the payment on their side and has not returned my money, and the status has remained unchanged for an unreasonably long time. I request that my ₹1000 be refunded to my original payment source without any further delay. I also ask for this transaction to be properly reviewed and closed so that I receive a clear confirmation once the refund is processed.
