I Need Refund About My Payment
On 6 July 2026 I made two separate deposits of 200 and 100, in total 300, to my PariMatch account for betting purposes, both sent to the same person/account information that PariMatch provided, but the money has not been credited to my balance. After noticing that the balance did not change, I contacted PariMatch customer support and they only told me that it would take 5 hours, without giving clear information such as whether the payments were completed or if there was any problem. Despite waiting after this information, my 300 deposit is still missing and has never appeared in my account. I request that my deposits be urgently located and either credited to my PariMatch balance or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be clearly informed about the result.
