I Got Scammed By Parimatch

On July 15th 2026 I transferred Rs 299.98 from my bank account via Google Pay to a Parimatch account, but this amount has still not been reflected in my player account. I contacted Parimatch customer support several times about this issue. Each time I received the same response from different agents, stating that the payment is still being processed and that the issue is being handled with utmost priority. Despite these repeated assurances, more than 15 days have passed and the balance has not been credited. I request that the missing Rs 299.98 be immediately credited to my Parimatch player account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
