I Face Parimatch Support Ignoring My Withdrawal Complaint

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with Pari Match. On January 29, 2026, at around 9:35 AM, I requested a withdrawal of ₹1,110 from my Pari Match account to my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account. Despite a significant amount of time having passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
In an effort to resolve this issue, I contacted Pari Match customer support multiple times and provided my bank statement as proof that the funds were never received. However, the issue remains unresolved, and I have still not received my withdrawal.
I request that Pari Match immediately transfer the ₹1,110 to my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account or provide a clear explanation of what happened to this withdrawal and when it will be credited. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
