Parimatch Withdrawal Not Received

I am raising this complaint regarding a ₹3000 withdrawal from my Parimatch account (Player ID: 993931***) that I have still not received. On 10/01/2026 at 14:28, I requested a withdrawal of ₹3000 via IMPS to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account number 8313865***, with transaction ID 167113207. Even though more than 72 hours have passed since this transaction, the ₹3000 has not been credited to my bank account or returned to my Parimatch wallet. I have tried to get support on this issue, but I have not received any proper response from customer support. There has been no clear update or resolution, and my money remains missing. I request that this ₹3000 withdrawal be urgently traced and either credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account or immediately reversed back to my Parimatch wallet, and that I receive a clear response confirming the action taken.
