I Deposited 3000 INR to Parimatch but My Account Balance Never Updated



I deposited 3000 INR into my Parimatch account on 27 April 2026 using my Indian Overseas Bank account, but the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction was completed from my bank side and the amount was deducted, yet it never appeared in my Parimatch account. My Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 6303093140, and the payment was made from my Indian Overseas Bank account number 262601000009153. Today is 7 June 2026, and despite the long time that has passed, I have not received the deposit or any support from Parimatch regarding this missing amount. I am very disappointed that such a basic issue has remained unresolved for so long, even though the money has successfully left my bank. I request that my 3000 INR be returned to me as soon as possible, either by crediting it to my Parimatch account or refunding it back to my Indian Overseas Bank account number 262601000009153. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this deposit so that similar problems do not occur again.
