Fraud Suspect - No Refund Issues

I made a deposit of 10,000 with Pari-Match on 1 May. Later, I was informed that a refund would be processed, and I have been waiting for this refund since 9 May, but the money has still not been returned to me. Despite the time that has passed, the refund has not been credited to my account, and I have not received any clear response from Pari-Match customer support regarding this issue. This situation is causing me financial and psychological discomfort, as a significant amount of money is blocked without any explanation. I kindly request that my 10,000 deposit be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing about the status and reason for the delay.
