Deposit Not Reflecting
I have been experiencing a serious issue with my PariMatch sports betting account regarding two deposits made via UPI that have still not been credited to my gaming account. On 9 September, I deposited 3,000, and on 4 October, I deposited 1,999 to my PariMatch account. Both payments were successfully completed from my side, but the amounts have never been reflected in my gaming balance. Despite the long time that has passed since last year, the problem remains unresolved. I raised a support ticket with PariMatch regarding these missing deposits, but the ticket was closed without my consent and without any solution or clear explanation being provided. I have now raised two new tickets about the same issue, numbered 110546884 and 110546142, but the deposits are still not reflected in my account. This has caused both financial loss and loss of trust in the platform. I request that PariMatch immediately investigates these two UPI transactions and credits the full amounts (3,000 and 1,999) to my gaming account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my earlier ticket was closed without resolving the issue and why the problem remains despite the new tickets I have raised.
