Parimatch UPI Deposits Not Credited

I am writing about ongoing problems with my deposits on Parimatch, specifically UPI deposits that have not been credited to my account. As an example, one of the deposits was 2000 on 2 September 2025 via UPI, which was successfully deducted from my UPI but never appeared in my Parimatch balance. Similar issues have happened with other deposits on different days, and in total there is around 30,000 that has not been credited. I have a transaction reference and screenshots for these payments and have already submitted a ticket to Parimatch support, but my issue has not been clearly resolved and the missing amounts are still not reflected in my account. I request that all uncredited UPI deposits, totalling approximately 30,000, either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account or fully refunded back to my original payment method, and that I am provided with a clear explanation of what went wrong with these transactions.
