Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful UPI Transaction
I made a deposit of 15,000 INR to my Parimatch account on 31 May 2026 at around 11:23 AM using the Paytm app, linked to my Axis Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and I have the UPI reference number 615146487730, but the money has not been reflected in my Parimatch betting balance. Despite the transaction being marked as successful on my side, my Parimatch balance has not increased, and the funds are effectively stuck. I have tried to contact Parimatch support and also attempted to reach support through the payment side, but I have not received any proper or helpful reply and have had difficulties connecting with them properly. I request that my 15,000 INR either be immediately refunded back to my Axis Bank account or that you promptly resolve this issue so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to a failed or incomplete deposit on your platform. I expect a clear response and a swift resolution based on the UPI reference number and transaction details I have provided.
