I made a UPI deposit of ₹17,000 to my Parimatch account today at around 12:00 pm using Amazon Pay, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The money has been debited from my Amazon Pay account, yet there is no reflection of this deposit in my Parimatch account. After noticing this issue, I contacted Parimatch customer support and they informed me that a ticket had been raised. However, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my ₹17,000 deposit. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my ₹17,000 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my Amazon Pay account as soon as possible.
