Parimatch Account Banned During Age Verification

I had an active account on the Parimatch website with the email address nallapati.gopic***@gmail.com. Yesterday morning my account was suddenly banned during the age verification process, even though I had already submitted my Indian ID card on the 26th for verification. The reason shown for the ban was related to verification/age, but despite sending my ID card, my account remains blocked and I cannot log in or use the service. I currently have a balance of more than 8,000 in my Parimatch account, which I am unable to access due to this ban. I tried to reach Parimatch customer support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unfair that my account is banned and my funds are blocked even though I have submitted my official ID card for age verification. I request that my ID and age verification be reviewed again as soon as possible, my account be reactivated if there is no valid violation, and my balance of over 8,000 be released so that I can withdraw or use it. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding why my account was banned.
