Self Exclude Permanently From Parimatch Platform

I am using Parimatch from India, and I would like to permanently self‑exclude myself from your platform. I tried to follow the instructions given and contacted the email address listed as your support channel, “supportpmatch.in”, today for self‑exclusion. However, when I send an email to this address, I receive an “address not found” type of error, and the message is not delivered at all. Because of this, I am currently unable to submit a self‑exclusion request through the contact method you have provided. I do not have any balance in my Parimatch account, and I am clearly requesting that my account be permanently and irrevocably self‑excluded from your platform, with no possibility to reopen in the future. I kindly ask you to process my permanent self‑exclusion as soon as possible and to share a confirmation that my account has been blocked accordingly.
