Wrong Network Selection on Mexc to Paribu
The funds were supposed to be transferred from Mexc to Paribu, but I accidentally chose the wrong network, so they were never received at the destination account. When I contacted customer support, they declined to assist me, stating that the problem was not their responsibility and that it was none of their business. They did not provide any solutions and sent me back to Mexc instead. On the other hand, it does not appear that Paribu is making any efforts to assist me. It was not our intention to make a mistake, and I am confident that it can be fixed. I anticipate the Paribu support team will provide me with assistance as well as a solution.
