Papara Balance Shows Zero After Credit Card Load

I loaded money onto my Papara account using a credit card, but when I tried to send funds to another IBAN, my balance showed as zero. This is completely baffling because I’ve never had this issue before. What’s going on? How is this even possible? There should definitely be a warning about this kind of problem when loading money with a credit card. This is absurd and frustrating, and I demand clarification and a resolution. It’s unacceptable to have my balance show zero when I’ve just loaded funds onto the account. Papara needs to fix this immediately or risk losing more customers.
