Yemek Sepeti Sent Wrong Pizza and Manager Responded Rudely When I Complained
I placed an order through Yemek Sepeti and left a note requesting the pizzas to be without onions, but they arrived with onions. When I called the Ergazi branch, they told me to contact the Batıkent branch as they were the ones who delivered the order. I called the Batıkent branch, and a staff member said I didn’t remove the onions through the app but only added a note. I explained that the option to remove ingredients is only available on the Domino's app, not on Yemeksepeti, and requested a replacement for my pizza. They said their manager was not available and that they couldn’t process a replacement. When I asked why they wouldn’t correct an order they got wrong, they told me their manager had arrived and handed the phone to him. I explained the situation again, and he checked my order but said the same thing: "You didn’t remove the onion option." I repeated that Yemek Sepeti doesn’t have this feature, but he responded angrily, "Why are you yelling?" When I asked, "Fine, when will the new pizza arrive?" he replied, "I’m not sending you a pizza, pick the onions off with your hands and eat it." This manager, who both mishandled my order and acted rudely, is an absolute disgrace!
