Pandora Ring Causing Allergic Reaction Redness And Sores

I bought a Pandora ring about two years ago and used it for a long time without any issues. Recently, however, every time I wear this ring my fingers become extremely red and develop sores, showing a clear allergic reaction that I had never experienced before. Due to the increasingly severe reaction on my fingers, I can no longer use the ring, and considering Pandora’s brand image and the price level of its products, I am naturally very disappointed. I have not yet contacted the store or customer service, but based on reviews and experiences I have read online, I have seen that many customers with similar issues did not receive a positive or satisfactory response, which worries me even more. I am requesting a detailed explanation of how such an allergic reaction could occur with this product and, if necessary, that appropriate allergy or material tests be conducted. Additionally, to avoid further loss, I expect this issue to be resolved either through a return or an exchange for a different product that will not cause an allergic reaction.
