Pandora Refused to Repair My Charm Despite the 2-Year Warranty
I am writing regarding a warranty issue with a Pandora glow-in-the-dark charm that I purchased through the Pandora Official Store on Trendyol.
The charm was purchased under Order No. 10201321850. After approximately one year of normal use, one of the stones fell out of the charm. Since the product is covered by a two-year warranty, I requested that it be repaired under warranty or replaced with a new one.
For approximately one month, I have repeatedly contacted both Pandora Customer Service and Trendyol Customer Support through the Trendyol Assistant. Despite my numerous requests, I have received only negative responses, and my warranty claim has not been accepted.
I am disappointed that a product still within its warranty period has not been properly evaluated and that I have not received a customer-focused solution. The repeated rejection of my request, without a satisfactory resolution, has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I respectfully request that my charm be repaired under the terms of the warranty or, if repair is not possible, replaced with a new one.
If neither repair nor replacement can be provided, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for the product.
I also request a clear written explanation of the reason my warranty claim was rejected, despite the product still being within the stated warranty period.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution.
