Pandora Clip Charm Opened and Fell Off My Bracelet

I purchased a Textured Mini Clip Charm from the Pandora store at Mall of Antalya. While wearing it on my wrist under completely normal conditions, the clip suddenly opened on its own, fell off, and was lost. I did not subject the product to any pressure, impact, or force, so I believe there may have been a manufacturing defect in the clip mechanism.

The whole purpose of purchasing the clip was to prevent the charms on my bracelet from falling off and getting lost, yet the clip itself ended up getting lost. This has caused me significant inconvenience. Since the product is lost, I cannot provide it for physical inspection, but I ask that this situation be taken into consideration and that Pandora provide an appropriate resolution for my loss.
