I bought a cryptocurrency called 'Not' using PancakeSwap with my Web3 wallet on Binance. I had no problems with the purchase, but now I'm having trouble selling the coin. There are some doubts surrounding its authenticity, and even though it was presented to us as genuine, it seems otherwise. If it's not a real coin, I shouldn't have been able to purchase it. Since the contract address was given, it is Binance and PancakeSwap who bear full responsibility.
I put ₺520 into this coin and want to trade or convert it to its current value using the app. But whenever I attempt to sell, I keep getting an error message that tells me to "increase my slippage tolerance." I've tried changing the slippage tolerance from 1% to 49%, but nothing seems to be effective.
Can you please convert the coin/token with the contract address to its current value? I really need to fix my situation as soon as possible. Binance and PancakeSwap should take responsibility for preventing these issues and providing compensation to affected users. If this token/coin is indeed counterfeit, steps should be taken to prevent similar incidents and protect users from being deceived.
Binance needs to step up and handle these problems quickly if they want to keep their good name. If the issue is not resolved, I will contemplate pursuing legal recourse with the help of my attorney. Can you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible? Whenever I try to make a sale, I keep running into this frustrating error message: "unknown error: transfer_from_failed." Adjust your slippage tolerance. No matter how much I increase the values, I still can't finalize the sale. I expect to be promptly reimbursed for my damages.
