Paddle.net Unauthorized Recurring Payment From Orange Money

I am contacting you regarding a recurrent payment that Paddle.net made from my Orange Money account without my consent or agreement. I never signed any contract with your company, nor did I subscribe to any service with you. On Thursday, 12 March 2026 at 06:04, I received an SMS from Orange Money stating that a recurrent payment of 64 293,44 Ar had been made on the site “PADDLE.NET*BANDLAB”, with 1 000 Ar fees. This transaction was carried out without my authorization, and I do not even know which product or service this payment concerns. I have never given my agreement for a recurrent debit, and I did not validate any transaction for PADDLE.NET or BANDLAB. I consider this withdrawal to be unauthorized and abusive. I demand the immediate and full refund of the 64 293,44 Ar debited, as well as the 1 000 Ar fees, and the cancellation of any future recurrent payment linked to PADDLE.NET*BANDLAB on my Orange Money account. I also request that you investigate how such a payment could be set up in my name without my consent and ensure that no similar incident can occur again. I expect a prompt response and a quick resolution of this situation.
