To disable auto-renewal, follow Paddle’s official instructions:
Find the Paddle email confirming the purchase or activation of the subscription. It usually has the subject “Your order confirmation” or “Thanks for your purchase.”
Inside the email, locate the “View your subscription” or “Manage Subscription” link and click it.
On the page, you’ll see your subscription details: start date, cost, and status.
Click “Cancel Subscription.”
After canceling, you’ll see a notice indicating that auto-renewal has been disabled.
You’ll receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.
If you’ve lost the email or can’t access the link:
Go to Paddle Buyer Support.
Click “Find your purchase” and enter your email and the last 4 digits of your card.
Locate the subscription and click “Cancel Subscription.”
If you can’t find the subscription or there’s no cancel button, email [email protected] with your order details and ask them to disable auto-renewal manually.
According to Paddle’s rules, canceling a subscription stops future charges, but it does not refund a payment that has already been made.
If charges continue after cancellation — file a complaint on Xolvie. Your experience will help other users spot renewals in time.
