To delete all your data and account from Paddle, send an official request to [email protected].
Before that: cancel all active subscriptions to stop future charges. Open the purchase email (subject: Your order confirmation or Thanks for your purchase), click View your subscription or Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
If you can’t find the email, use the order lookup form on Paddle Buyer Support with your email and last 4 card digits.
Then email Paddle with the subject Data Deletion Request / Right to be Forgotten, including your full name, purchase email, last 4 digits of your card, and a clear request to delete all your personal data and account.
Processing usually takes 5–15 business days. Keep a copy of all emails as proof.
If Paddle doesn’t respond or refuses without reason — file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
