I received no package but Paack says delivered, what steps should I take now?

If Paack shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, first check around your address, neighbors, building reception, or a safe place where the courier may have left it. Delivery photos or notes (if available) can help confirm where it was left.

Next, contact Paack support immediately with your tracking number and report it as “not received,” asking for proof of delivery such as GPS data or a signature.

At the same time, inform the retailer you bought from, since they are responsible for resolving delivery issues and can open an internal investigation.
