Owala Website Not Responding—Customer Paid but Order Not Shipped

On October 17, 2025, I made a payment of $32 by credit card through the website www.owala**.com
to order an Owala thermos. Despite 18 days passing since my order, I have not received any updates, shipping confirmation, or tracking number.

I have tried to contact the company multiple times through the website and email, but I have not received any response. There is no other way to contact them on the site. I was also unable to find any information about return or exchange policies during the purchase process.

I request both a refund of my payment and the delivery of my product. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
