Owala Order Not Delivered and No Customer Support Response
On December 30, 2026, I ordered two 24 oz water bottles from the Owala website because it claimed to be a Turkey-based site and stated that shipments would be handled by Yurtiçi Kargo. After placing my order and completing the payment, I received an email a few days later from an international shipping company named Kaelyn, which is how I discovered that the products were actually being shipped from China. This contradicted the information on the website, and I already felt misled at that point.
I tracked my shipment step by step through Kaelyn. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as “delivered” on January 25, 2026. However, I did not receive any delivery on that date. The package never reached me, and I did not receive any SMS, phone call, or notification. My delivery address is in Narlıdere, İzmir. My order number on Owalatr.comcom is 44b638-960, and my tracking number with Kaelyn is 1231767079873628693.
During this process, I contacted both Owalatr.comcom and Kaelyn three times, but I have not received any response. My issue is being completely ignored. I have neither received my products nor recovered my money.
I request that Owalatr.com clearly explain the status of this order, which was advertised as domestic but shipped from China, and ensure that my products are delivered. If delivery is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid without delay.
