Owala Order Stuck on Pending with No Email or Customer Support Response
The order I placed on the Owala website on May 13, 2005 is still showing as pending, as seen in the image. After placing the order, I did not receive any email, and I also did not get a response to the message I sent to their contact email. The payment was made by credit card.
This website is clearly a fraudulent site. I can’t even get my money refunded.
